Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your Reading Ledger. If you're not completely happy, you have 30 days from the day it arrives to make it right.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, email us at pagenestco@outlook.com with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or full refund — no hassle.

For change-of-mind returns, items should be unused and in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the customer's responsibility; once we receive the item, we'll process your refund to the original payment method.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item or approving your claim.
